Tourism Congress Cancellation/Substitution Policy

We are following all health and safety protocols at the Westin Ottawa for Tourism Congress, however, should you change your mind and need to cancel your in-person ticket you will be refunded the difference between the price paid and the online access price. If you wish to transfer your registration to a colleague, you may do so at any time at no additional fee.
